NOTIFICATION
No. F 5-1912019/18. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (l) of Section 6 of the
Chhattisgarh Nagariya Kshetron Ke Bhoomihin Vyakti (Pattadhriti Adhikaron Ka Pradan Kiya Jana) Adhiniyan,
1984 N;. 15 of 1984), the State Govemment, hereby, makes the following amendment in the Chhattisgarh
Nagariya Kshetron Ke Bhoomihin Vyakti (Pattadhriti Adhikaron Ka Pradan Kiya Jana) Rules, 2019, namely :-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
After rule 14, the following shall be added, namely :-
*14-A. Development Charges in respect of New Lease.- After the process of preparation of
site plan under rule 3 is completed, if any new case of Government land under
occupation by landless persons who are eligible for grant of lease under the Act are
detected, and after due process of receipt of application from the occupier, and
verification of his eligibility for grant of lease under the Act is completed, in cases
where it is decided by the Competent Authority to grant lease to the applicant, the
development charges payable shall be as follows :-

The lease holder shall pay for ten years an annual development charge at the
