NOTIFICATION

No. 30/02/!rg.ufr/t.q. fr./ 2ot4-ts ls2ss.-In exercise ofthe ^powers conferredby rule 9 ofthe Chhattisgarh

State Ex-Gratia Compensation Payment for officials/employees died or injured during the Electioneering ^{Duty Rules,}

2009, the State Government, hereby, make the following further amendment in the said rules, namely :-

In the said rules,-

1.

In clause (a) of rule 4, for the words and figures "Rs. 10,00,000 ^(Rs. Ten Lac)" and "Rs. 20,00,000 ^{(Rs. Twenty}

Lac)"thewordsandfigures"Rs.15,00,000(Rs.Fifteenlac)"

and "Rs.30,00,000 (Rs.Thitty Lac)" shall be

substituted, respectively.

2.

In clause (b) ofrule 4, forthe words and figures "Rs. 5,00,000 ^(Rs. Five Lac)" and "Rs. 10,00,000 ^(Rs. Ten Lac)'

the words and figures "Rs. 7,50,000 ^(Rs. Seven Lac fifty Thousand)" and "Rs. 15,00,000 ^(Rs. Fifteen ^Lac)"

shall be substituted, respectively.

3.

This amendment shall come into force with retrospective effect from the date of l8th March 2019.
