NOTIFICATION

No.Fl0-4/2019116. - The following further draft amendment in the Chhattisgarh

Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Rules 1963, which the State Government,

proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (2) of Section

2l of the Chhattisgarh Industrial Employment ^(Standing Orders) Act, ^{1961 (No. 26 of}

1961), is hereby, published as required under sub-section ⁽³⁾ of Section 2l ^{of the said Act,}

for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is ^{hereby given}

that the said draft shall be taken into consideration after expiry of thirty days ^{from the date}

of publication of this notification in the Oflicial Gazette;

Any objection or suggestion regarding the said draft received from any ^person before

the specified period during office hours, by Office of the Labour Commissioner, Office ^{of the}

Labour Commissioner, Government of Chhattisgarh, Indravati Bhawan, Nava Raipur Atal

Nagar, District Raipur, shall be considered by the Government of Chhattisgarh.
