NOTIFICATION

No.F 6-668/seven-l/2017.- In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 258 read with

Section I l0 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 (No. 20 of 1959), the State Government, hereby, makes the

following amendment, in the rules regarding Record of Rights, 1965, namely :-

AMENDI\4ENT

In the said rules,-

After rule 32 the following should be added, namely :-

*32(A). When a person acquires an interest in such plot in the area which is not possible to indicate such plot

in the area map, the person acquiring the interest shall submit an application to get his name entered in the

revenue records along with indicated the part of the plot, which is acquired an interest by them, by spreading

thecurrentSurvey Numberonascale of l:500. Thereafteronly,asub-plotshallbecreatedby dividingthat

survey number for that person acquiring the interest and map submitted by him shall be considered as part of

the area map."
