NOTIFICATION

No.F-5-04/VIII/Trans . /2019.- Whereas, Ramkrishna Mission Ashram, Narayanpur is indulged

in multidimensional social services for the overall development of Abhujmariya tribes and for this purpose

various type of motor vehicles, including School bus owned by the Ashram are being used for free

transportation ofpoor and tribal children and for other social services;

And Whereas, the State Govemment is of the opinion that it would be expedient to exempt the

motor vehicles owned by Ramkrishna Mission Ashram, Narayanpur from payment of motor vehicles tax in the

public interest;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 2l of the Chhattisgarh Motoryan

Karadhan Adhiniyam, l99l (No. 25 of l99l), the State Government hereby, exempts the following motor

vehicle, as specified in the table below, owned by the Ramkrishna Mission Ashram, Narayanpur from payment

of Motor Vehicle tax leviable under Section 3 of the said Adhiniyam, with effect from the date of publication of

this notification in the Official Gazette, namely:-
