No. F4-55/Thre e-Jail/ 2017.-[n exercise of the ^powers conferred by ^{Section 59} of ^{the Prisons Act,}

1894 (No. IX of 1894), the State Governmen! ^{hereby, makes} the following further ^{amendment in the}

Chhattisgarh Prisons Rules, 1968 namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the said rules :-

In rule 178-A, after sub-rule ^(3), the following shall be ^{adde4 namely :-}

'(4)

If the period of hospitalization for featrnent of a ^prisoner completes thirty days ^{regularly, his}

further course of treatment shall be as recommendend by a State Level Medical ^Board

constituted by Director, Health Service to examine the ^{prisoner patient."}
