NOTIFICATION
No" 10-19/2010/16.-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 7 and 33-B of the
Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (No. 14 of 19471, and in supersession of all previous
notifications, the State Government, hereby, -
(a)
by constituting Labour Courts as mentioned in column number (2) of the Table
below, empowers them under the provisions of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947
(No. 14 of 19471, for adjudicating any subject of Industrial Dispute which appears in
the Second Schedule of the said Act and performing the duties assigned to them,
but by this notification only those Presiding Oflicers of Labour Courts mentioned in
column (3) are empowered who have completed 07 years service as Presiding Officer
in Labour Court-
TABLE
(b) withdraws all the pending cases under the said Act in respective Labour Courts
constituted by the previous notifications and transfers to respective Labour Courts
constituted under this notification and it is further directs that transferee Labour
Courts shall take further proceedings of said cases from the stage they are
transferred to them.
