NOTIFICATION

No. F 2l-06l2007tW55-3.-In exercise of the powers veserd with the Central Government under Section

33-P of Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 (Act no. 23 of 1940), and order issued thereupon for carrying into execution of

the provison of the Drugs & Cosmetics Act. 1940 and Rules tlereunder for regulation ofAyurveda. Siddha and Unani

drugs, and in supersession of all previous notifications, the State Government, herebly appoints Director, Ayurved.

Yoga and Naturopathy Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy Chhattisgarh Raipur as ex-officio Controlling Authority ^(Ayurved/

Siddha/Unani) Chhattisgarh.

The Inspectors and Licensing Authority shall be sub-ordinate to him for the purpose of taking approvaV

direction/permission to execute regulatory/enforcement action in respect ofAyurveda/Siddha/Unani drugs.
