NOTIFICATION

No. F l-20012019/18.- In exercise ofthe powers conferred upon it by sub-section (3) ofSection I of

the Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation (Amendment) Act, 2019 (No 19 of 2019), (hereinafter called "the

Act"), which replaces the Chhauisgarh Municipal Corporation ^(Amendment) Ordinance,2019 ^(No.2 of 2019),

the State Government hereby appoints 25th day of October 2019" which is the date when the above Ordinance

was promulgated, as the date from which the provisions of the Act shall be deemed to have come into force.
