NOTIFICATION

No./Panch-312/PGYY/221201915931.- Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993 (No. I of 1994),

the State Government, hereby, assigns the work of management and regulation of animals to the Gram

Panchayat and under sub-section ⁽ I ) and (2) of Section 93 of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993

(No. 1 of 1994), assigns the Director, Panchayat power of directions in relation to the management and

regulation of animals.
