NOTIFICATION

No F-5-05A/IIVTrans./2019.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (2) of Section 68 of

the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 ^(No.59 of 1988), the State Government, hereby, declares the whole Chhattisgarh ^as

one area for the purposes ofSection 68 ofthe said Act.

It shall corne into force from the date of its publication in Official Gazetts.

proviso to sub-section (2) of section 68 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 ⁽⁵⁹ of 1988) and in supersession of ^this

department previous notification No. F 5-12lVlll-Trans.l20l7(Part} Dated 26 October ^{2017, the State}

Government, hereby, constitute Single Regional Transport Authority and appoints ^{Transport Commissioner,}

Chhattisgarh as Single Regional Transport Authority for ^entire Chhattisgarh area to exercise ^{and discharge the}

powers and its functions conferred by or under the said act.

It shall come into force from the date of its publication in OfficialGazelle.
