NOTIFICATION

No. F 5-2012019118. - In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 292-A,292-8,292-C,292-F

and292-l read with Section 433 of the Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956 (No.23 of 1956) and

Sections 339-A,339-8,339-C,339-F and 339-I read with Sections 355, 356 of the Chhattisgarh Municipalities

Act, 196l (No.37 of 196l), the State Government, hereby, make the following further amendments in the

Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation and Municipalities (Registration of Colonizer, Terms and Conditions)

Rules 2013, namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the said ruls, -

l.

In rule 9,-

(i)

in sub-rule (1), in clause (b), before the word "permission", the word "provisional" shall be

inserted; and

(ii)

in sub-rule (1), clause (c) shall be omitted.

2.

In rule 10, in sub-rule (6), in clause (a), for the figure and words "500 square feef'the figure and words

*968.76 square feet (90 square meters)" shall be substituted.

3.

In rule l l, in clause (i), for the words "fifteen", the words "twelvel' and for the word "ten", the words

o'eighf' shall be substituted.
