hereby, makes the following further amendment in the ^{Chhattisgarh Scheduled Commodities Dealers (Licensing}

and Restriction on Hoarding) Order, 2009, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said order,-

1.

In Schedule-Il, for serial number 5 and entries ^relating thereto, the following shall ^{be substituted,}

namely:-

Provided that an importer, being a trader or a commission agent shall be exempted for ^{the imported}

stock of onions."

2.

This amendment shall come into force with immediate effect.
