NOTIFICATION

No. F-10- 46l20lg/CTN (122).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (l) of Section 7l

of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government, hereby, makes the

following further necessary amendment in the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Rules, 2006,,namely :-

AMENDMENT

After the last proviso in clause (b) of sub-rule (2) of rule Z[ *e tottowing proviso shall be inserted,-

"Provided ^that, statement in form-l8 and audit report form-50 under sub-section (2) of Section 4l for

the quarter ending on 30th June, 2017 shall be furnished up to 30th June, 2020".
