No. F-10-01/2020 ICT/V (01).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section I of

the Chhauisgarh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance,20lg (No. 4 of 2019), the State Government

hereby appoints the 1st day of January, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of sections 3 to2l, except

section 3, section 8, section I I and sections 14 to 20 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment)

Ordinance,2019 (No. 4 of 2Ol9), shall come into force.
