NOTIFICATION

No.2945/F-21/13/2l2009Notification/ED.-

In exercise of powers conferred by Section l3l read with

sub-section I and2 of section 133 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (Central Act 36 of 2003) State Government had

issued revised Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board Transfer Scheme Rules 2010 vide 3lst March 2010,

hereinafter referred as Scheme, in regard to transfer of properties, undertakings, interests, rights, obligations,

liabilities, personnel and proceedings from Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board to its successor companies viz,

Chhattisgarh State Power Generation Company Limited, Chhattisgarh State Power Transmission Company

Limited, Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Limited, Chhattisgarh State Power Trading Company

Limited and Chhattisgarh State Power Holding Company Limited.

State Govemment vide its notification No. F-21l13/20091ED/2012 dtd, 30-12-2014 has substituted the

words "seventy two months" wherever it occurs in said "Scheme" by the words "one hundred thirty two

month". Accordingly, the scheme is provisional till 3 1 st December, 201 9.

" ^{Now, therefore the State Government in exercise of power vested} in it under Clause-ll of ^{the said}

Scheme hereby substituted the words "one hundred thirty two months" wherever it occurs in the said "Scheme"

with words "one hundred fifty six months".

This notification shall be effective from the date 3l-12-2019.
