No. F 4-1412017118.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 433 read with sub-section (l) of

Section 58 of the Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956 (No. 23 of 1956), the State Government,

hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation (Appointment and

Terms and Conditions of Service of Officers and Employees) Rules,2018, namely:,

AMENDMENT

In the said rules,-

In rule 14, for sub-rule (2) the following shall be substituted, namely:-

For Health Offrcers/Ayurvedic Medical OfEcer/ Homeopathic Medical Officer (M.8.B.S.,

B.A.M.S. and attached with medical profession), the age of superannuation shall be 65 years."
