No. F 7-1912015/12.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 98, sub-section (4) of Section l5

andSection l5Aof theMinesandMinerals(DevelopmentandRegulation)Act, 1957(No.67 of 1957),the

State Governmeirt, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Ctrhattisgarh Disfict Mineral

Foundation Trust Rules, 2015, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said rules,-

l.

In rule 22, in sub-rule (3), after clause (h), the following shall be added, namely:-

'(i)

Basic Facilities :- Maximum five percent of the funds earmarked under the other priority areas

may be spent for providing the basic facilities like housing, dress materials for women and

children and other essential household materials etc. on mining affected people living in the

Scheduled areas of the State for social, economic upliftment and their livelihood."
