As per the provision of rule 87 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of

Children) Rules 2016, the state level selection committee was constituted by departmental notiflcation dated.13-06-2017 .

Therefore, for the remaining period of the state level selection committee constituted under rule 87 juvenile

justice (Care and Protection of Children) rules, 2016the state government, hereby, notifies Hon'ble Justice (Retd.) V. K.

Shrivastava, High Court as the Chairman of the State level selection committee.
