NOTICE
No. F I l-01/2019/Seven-4.- In pursuance of the provision contained in the proviso to sub-section (2) of
Section 13 ofthe Ctrhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 (No. 20 of 1959), notice is hereby given that in exercise ofthe
powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 13 of the said Code, the State Government proposes to alter the limits of
Tehsil specified in column (3), to create a new Tehsil specified in column (4) and to defrne the limits thereof as specified
in Schedule below.
The proposal shall be taken into consideration on the expiry of sixty days from the date of publication of this
notice in the Offrcial Gazette and any objections or suggestions in respect thereof may be forwarded, in writing to the
Secretary Department of Revenue and Disaster Management, Government of Chhattisgarh, Mahanadi Bhawan,
Mantralaya, Cipitol Complex, Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, District Raipur, Chhattisgarh before the expiry of the said
