NOTIFICATION

No. F 7-24/2019/32. ― In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of

Section 85 read with sub-section (3) 0f Section 24 of the Chhattisgarh Nagar Tatha Gram

Nivesh Adhiniyam, 1973 (No. 23 of 1973), the State Government hereby, makes the

following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Bhumi Vikas Niyam., 1984, the same

having been previously published as required by sub-section (1) of Section 85 of the said

Adhiniyam, namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the said rules,-

In rule 2, for sub-rule (53-a), the following shall be substituted, namely:-

“(53-a) “Pent House means an apartment on the roof of a building which shall have

under permissible Floor Area Ratio, one third limit of the roof.”

After rule 16, the following shall be added, namely:-

“(16-a) “Every Person who wants to develop a residential colony under a single

window system, shall submit an application in electronic method (online) in

Appendix A-1.”

3. In rule 17, for sub-rule (1), the following shall be substituted, namely:-

“(1) The Notice shall be accompanied with the key plan, site plan, building plan,

service plan, specifications, certificate of supervision and ownership title as

prescribed in sub-rule (2) to (15).”

In rule 17, in sub-rule (11), after clause (c), the following shall be added, namely :-

“(d) To develop a resident colony under single window system attached proof of title

etc. in sub-rule (11) of rule 17 shall be verified by the Revenue Department.”

5. In rule 17, in sub-rule (14), after clause (vi), the following shall be added, namely:-

“(vii) Such other details For electronic method as may be prescribed by the

authority.”

6. In rule 17, after sub-rule (14), the following shall be added, namely :-

“(15) The Application by electronic method has to be submitted through

e-signature and digital Documents as per the prescribed procedure.”

7. In rule 21, in sub-rule (3), after clause (e), the following shall be added, namely :-

“(f) On receipt of online application from for development permissions &

building permission by electronic method, paid the fees of rupees 5000/-

(rupees five thousand only) for expenditure incurred on printing of

map, digital signature, S.M.S. alert etc; and attested copy of the receipt

of such payment is attached wich the notice.”

8. In rule 27, after sub-rule (4), the following shall be inserted, namely :-

“(5) Intimation of acceptance or rejection of the permission for Single Window

System shall be done by electronic method.”

9. In rule 49, in sub-rule (1), in Table 4, below serial number 4 and entries relating thereto,
