No.2257lRules/2020.- The following amendments are incorporated in the Scheme for Appointment of

Arbitrators by the Chief Justice Chhattisgarh High Court,2002, which shall come into force with immediate effect :-

AMENDMENTS

Clause-3 ofthe Scheme forAppointnent ofArbitrators by the Chief Justice Chhattisgarh High Court,2002, the

following shall be substituted :-

"The.request involving the subject matter shall be dealt with by the Chief Justice himself or he may designate

any Judge ofthe High Court for this purpose by a ^general or special order.

The,request referred to in clause-2 shall be dealt with by the Chief Justice."
