Section 25 of Chhattisgarh Excise Act, 1915 (No. II of l9l5), the State Government heareby impose a "special

excise dut5r" of Rs. l0/- on Retail Sale Price of each bottle ^(Quart, Print, Nip) of Country Liquor in order to meet

out the funds required for upgradation of infrastructure against expansion of COVID-I9 in the rural areas.
