Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (7 of 2017) read with clause (c) of rule 9 and rule 25 of the Chhattisgarh

Goods and Services Tax (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2019 ^(hereinafter referred to as the rules), made vide

Notification No. 3ll2019-State Tax, No.F-10-2412019/CTA(55), Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Departrnent,

dated the 28th June, 2019, published in the Gazetle @xtraordinary) of Ctrhattisgarh, No. 245, datedthe lst July

2019, hereby appoints the 2lst day of April, 2020, as the date from which the said provisions of the rules, shall

deemed to have come into force.
