No./97lDP-147n&CPl20.- Notice is hereby given that the draft of development plan for

Bhanupratappur Planning Area has been published in accordance with the provision of sub-section (l) of

section 18 of the Chhattisgarh Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam, 1973 (No. 23 of 1973) a copy thereof is

available for inspection at the office of Collector, District North Bastar Kankar, Chief Municipal Officer,

Municipal Council Bhanupratappur and Asistant Director, Town & Country Planning, Regional Office Kankar

during office hours. An exhibition is also organized Dated 18/0312020 at 12:00 O'clock at First Floor Of Nagar

panchayat Offi ce, Bhanupratappur.

The particulars ofthe said draft plan have been specified in the schedule below-

If there be any objection or suggestion with respect to the said draft plan, it should be sent to the above

places before the expiry of 30 days from the date of publication of this Notice in the Chhattisgarh Gazette.

Narrative report explaining the provision of the draft development plan supported by maps and charts.

Note indicating phasing of implementation of the draft plan and stating the manner in which

permission to development to be obtained.

Note indicating an appropriate estimate of the cost of land acquistion for public purposes, and the cost

of works involved in the implementation plan.
