NOTIFICATION

No. F I0-53/2020/CT(EX)A/Q4).- In exercise of the powers conferred under provisio (l) and (2) of

Section 25 of Chhattisgarh Excise Act, 1915 (No. II of 1915), the State Government hereby impose a "special

corona duty" at the rate of lW/o on Retail Sale Price of Foreigr Liquor (Spirit/Malt) in order to meet out the

funds required in view of Corona pandemic (COVID-l9).

This notification shall be applicable from the date of issue.
