No. F 7-08/2020132.- In exercise of the ^{powers conferred} by sub-section ^{(l) of Section 19 of}

Chhattisgarh Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh ^{Adhiniyam, 1973, the State Government hereby accord approval to the}

Saraipali Development Plan, 2031 submitted ^{by Commissioner cum Directorate under sub section (3) of Section}

18 of said Adhiniyam. Saraipali Development Plan, ^{2031 is} being ^{published in} "Chhattisgarh ^{Rajpatra" for as}

required by sub-section ⁽⁴⁾ of Section 19 of the ^{said Adhiniyam.}

The copy of the approved Saraipali Development ^{Plan,203l shall be available during office hours for}
