And therefore, ^{the State Government is of the view that it is desirable in the public interest to provide}

partial exemption ^{in payment of motor vehicle tax of all passenger Vehicles and goods vehicles' thus in}

exercise ortrre ^{powers conferred by Section 2l of the}

Tax leviable ^{under Section 3 ofthe said Act to all paisenger vehicles, goods vehicles, school buses'}

city buses and ^{private service, as follows:-}

(a) complete exemption ^{from payment of monthly tax for the perioad of.the month April and May}

2020 fortnter-SLte/All ^{india Tourists Permit and all stage carriage vehicles'}

(b) complete exemption in ^{Payment of l/3rd of the Total amount of quarterly tax payable}

for a euarter ^{(April-May-lune zoiol for all goods carriage vehicles, school buses, city buses and}

ivate service buses.

And therefore, ^{in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 24 read with Section 21 of the}

This Notification ^{shall come into force with effect up to the date of 30th june, 2020'}
