Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Ctrhattisgarh, in consultation with the High Court of

Chhattisgarh , hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Higher Judicial Service

(Recruifrnent and Conditions of Service) Rules,2006, namely :-

AMENDMENT

[n the said rules,-

After sub-rule (4) ofrule 12, the following shall be inserted, namely :-

'(5)

Any member ofthe Higher Judicial Service,who is allowedpermissionA.IOC/forwardingofhiVtrer

application seeking employment in other departrnenUState by the High Court, shall submit ^{a bond to}

the effect that in the event ofeventual selection and relinquishment ofhis/her service, ^{he/she shall}

serve one month's prior notice or one month salary in lieu thereof at the time of such relinquishment."
