in the public interest to prohibit refusal to work in the essential services specified in the Schedule below;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (l) of Section 4 of the Chhattisgarh

Atyavashyak Seva Sandharan Tatha Vichchinnata NivaranAdhiniyam, 1979 (No. l0 of 1979), the State Government,

hereby, prohibits refusal to work in the essential services specified in the Schedule with effect from l0th Febru ary,2020 .
