active or are likely to be active to threaten the communal harmony and to commit any act prejudicial to the maintenance

of public order, and to commit acts prejudicial to the security of State;

And whereas, having regard to the circumstances prevailing in the areas within the local limits ofjurisdiction

of the All District Magistrate, District Raipur, Bilaspur, Rajnandgaon, Durg, Raigarh, Surguja, Jashpur, Koria, Janjgir-

Champq Korba, Kabirdham, Mahasamund, Dhamtari, Jagdalpur, Dantewada, Kanker, Bijapur, Narayanpur, Sukma,

Kondagaon, Balodabazar, Gariyaband, Bemetara, Balod, Mungeli, Surajpur, Balrampur, Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi the

State Government is satisfied that it is necessary so to do;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the power conferred by the provision to sub section (3) of Section 3 of the

National SecurityAct, 1980 (No. 65 of 1980), the State Government hereby directs that the District Magistrate, District

Raipur, Bilaspur, Rajnandgaon, Durg, Raigarlr, Surguja, Jashpur, Kori4 Janjgir{hampa, Korba, Kabirdharn, Mahasamun(

Dhamtari, Jagdalpur, Dantewadq Kanker, Bijapur, Narayanpur, Sulcrna, Kondagaon, Balodabaza4Gariyaband, Bemetara"

Balod, Mungeli, Surajpur, Balrampur, Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi may during the period from lst Jluly,2020 to

30 September,2020 if satisfied as provided in sub section ⁽²⁾ of the said Section 3, exercise the powers conferred by

sub-section (2) ofthe said Section 3.
