No.42l9lI-16-OllPP/2ol2l l4-2.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (2) of
Section 20 of the Insecticides Act, 1968 (No. 46 of 1968) and in supersession of Agriculture Department
notification No. 54lAgn.l200lll4-2, dated 17-04-2001, the State Govt. hereby,-

appoints all Assistant Director Agriculture, Sub-Divisional Agriculture Officer, Senior Agriculture
Development Officer and Agriculture Development Officer as Insecticide Inspector within their jurisdiction,
those who possesses the following prescribed qualification under rules 26 of the Insecticide Rules 1971 :-
