No. Fl l-7/2012116.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section I of the

Chhattisgarh Industrial Relations Act, 1960 (No. 27 of 1960), the State Government, hereby, rescinds the

Notification No. F I l-7 12012/16, dated l4th September, 2012, which was published on l st October, 2012 and

direots ftat all the provisions of the said Act shall come into force with effect from the date of publication of this

notification in the Official Gazette in respect to the industial undertakings covered under the said Act, wherein

the number of employee on any day thereafter was or is more than one hundred.
