No. 4191/321612020/18.- In exercise of powers conferred by section 5 of Chhattisgarh Municipalities

Act, 196l (No. 37 of 196l) the State Government, hereby, intend to include the following Gram Panchayat in

the boundary of Nagar Panchayat Marwahi in District-Gourela-Pendra-Marwahi as given in the Schedule

The Boundaries of the Nagar Panchayat Marwahi shall be the Total boundaries of existing Gram

Panchayat Marwahi, Lohari and Kumhari.

Any person or any local authority may submit his objection/Suggestion in writing to the Collector,

District-Gourela-Pendra:Marwahi on any official day and time within 30 days from the date of publication in

"Chhattisgarh Rajpatra" for the consideration of State Government.
