Societies Act, 1960 (No. 17 of 1961), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the

Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Rules,1962, namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the said rules.-

For proviso of sub-rule (2) of rule 43-B, the following shall be substituted, namely :-

"Provided that, in respect of any tlpe of societies, the State Govemmeni may grant exemption in the provision

of the sub-ruIe."
