Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Seventy-First Year ofthe Republic

oflndia, as follows :-

This Act may be called The Ctrhattisgarh Vidhan Sabha Sadasya Vetan, Short title and

commencement.

It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

In the Chhattisgarh Vidhan Sabha Sadasya Vetan, Bhatta Tatha Pension Adhiniyam, ^{Amendment of}

1972(No. 7 of 1973), (hereinafter referred to as the PrincipalAct), inSection ^{Section 6-8'}

6-8, for the words ^o'rupees ten thousand per mensem ", the words " as specified in

the Schedule " shall be substituted.

In the Principal Act, in Schedule, for serial number 6, 7 and 8 and entries relating thereto, ^{Amendment of}

the following shall be substituted, respectively, namely :-
