No. 20/Four/Ballot Paper Printing/V.S. Bye-Election/2020/2197.

In pursuance of provisions of clause (c) of

section 60 of the Representative of the People Act, 1951 (No. 43 of 1951) in order to letter No. 52/2020/SDR/Vol.I dated

28th September, 2020 of the Election Commission of India, Chief Medical and Health Officer, District Gaurela-Pendra-

Marwahi and Block Medical Officer, Gaurela are appointed as Nodel Officer. An absentee voter in Covid-19 suspect or

affected category, who desire for voting by postal ballot paper, shall apply in Form 12D and shall be shown detail as

specified therein and absentee voter shall duly verify by the Nodel Officer which shall be compulsorily forwarded before

Returning Officer within five days after the date of notification of the Election.
