No./Panch.-3 0TIPGYY/2212020/2312(A).- [n ^{exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (l) of}

Section 95 ofthe Chhattisgarh-Panchayat ^{Raj Adhiniyum, 1993 (No. I of 1994), the State Govemment, hereby}

makes the following ^{further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Gram Panchayat (Term of Office of Members of}

Standing Committee ^{and Procedure for the Conduct of Business) Rules, 1994, the same having been previously}

published as required by sub-section ⁽³⁾ of Section 95 ^{of the said Adhiniyum, namqly :-}

AMENDMENT

ln the said rules,-

In rule 3, in sub rule ^(l), after the ^word "Pancho", ^{the symbol and words "/ Members of Gram Sabha"}

shall be omitted.

In rule 3, in sub iule ^(2),-

(i)

in second proviso, for the ^puncuation colon ":" ^{the puncuation full stop "." shall be substituted;}

and

(ii)

third proviso shall be omitted.
