Goods and'Services Tax Act, 2017 (7 of 2017), the Government, on the recommendations of the Council,

hereby makes the following further amendment in the Notification No. 2l2}lg-State Tax, No. F-10-

|9/2019/CTN(46), Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Deparfinent, dated the 23th Ap?il, 2019, published in the

Gazette @xtraordinary) of chhattisgarh, No. l3l, datedthe 24thApil,20l9, namely:-

In the said notification, in the third paragraph, in the first proviso, for the figures, letters and words ^,,3lst day of

August, 2020", the figures, letters and words "3 lst day of October,2020" shall be substituted.

2. This notification shall be deemed to have come in to force on 3lst August 2020.
