No. F l'2/2|lg/17-Two.- Whereas, the State Govemment has appointed Secretary, Department of

Health and Family Welfare, Government of Chhattisgarh as Commissioner, Food Safety for the State of

Chhattisgarh by Notification No. F 25-1512009[IJJ55, Dated 10th October, 2014 and assigned Additional

Charge of Confroller, Food & Drugs Administation, Chhattisgarh to Shri K.D. Kunjam, IAS till further order

by Order No. E l-02l2020lOne-2, dated I l-06-2020 of Government of Clrhattisgarh, General Administration

Department.

Whereas, the State Government on behalf of the Commissioner, Food Safety, in exercise of the powers

conferred under sub-section (3) of section 30 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (No. 34 of 2006),

hereby, delegates the powers of Commissioner, Food Safety, Chhattisgarh (except the power to appoint

Designated Officer, Food Safety Officer and Food Analyst) under sub section (2) of Section 30 of the Act, to

Shri K.D. Kunjam, IAS, Controller, Food And Drugs Administration, Chhattisgarh, till further order for carrying

out the function and performing the duties of Commissioner, Food Safety, Monthly report of the works done

under sub-section (2) of section 30 of the said Act shall be compulsorily submitted io the Commissioner, Food

Safety by Shri K.D. Kunjam, IAS, Controller, Food and Drugs Administration.
