No./61 DP-144fi&CPl20.- Notice is hereby given-that the draft of development plan for kurud Planning Area

has been published in accordance with the provision of sub-section ( I ) of section I 8 of the Chhattisgarh Nagar Tatha

Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam, 1973 ^(No. 23 of 197.3) a copy thereof is available for inspection at the offrce of Assistant

Director, Town & Country Planning, Regional Office Dhamtari, Collector-Dhamtari and ChiefMunicipal Ofiicer, Nagar

Panchayat kurud during offtce hours. An exhibition is also organized Dated 15-10-2020 at 11:00 O' clock at Mangal

Bhawan, Nagar Panchayat Kurud.

The particulars of the said draft plan have been specified in the schedule below-

Ifthere be any objection or suggestion with respect to the said draft plan, it should be sent to the above places

before the expiry of 30 days from the date of publication of this Notice in the Chhattisgarh Gazette.

Existing land use map and narrative report.

b)

Narrative report explaining the provision of the draft development plan supported by maps and charts.

c)

Note indicating phasing of implementation of the draft plan and stating the manner in which permission to

development to be obtained.

d)

Note indicating an appropriate estimate of the cost of land acquistion for public pu{poses, and the cost of

works involved in the implementation plan.
