The following amendments are incorporated in the District Court, Right to

Information Rules, 2005, which shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Chhattisgarh Gazette :-

AMENDMENTS

In the Rule-3, Chapter-Il, ofDistrict Court, Right to Information Rules, 2005, the following words should be

inserted after the word "affixing"

/demand draft or bankers cheque or Indian Postal Order payable to the District Judge of respective District
