Elections, 2020 to the 24 Marwahi (ST) Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly, shall be deemed to be on deputation to the

Election Commission for the period commencing on and from 09th October, 2020,the date ofnotification ofcalling for

such election and ending with the date of declaration of the result of such election and such Police Officers shall be

subject to control, superintendence and discipline of the Election Commission.
