No. F 4-14/2017D9-1.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essential

Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955) and vide Order No.S.O.3776 @), dated 23rd October,2020 issued by the

Government of India, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Dishibution, the State Government,

hereby, makes the following amendment in the Chhattisgarh Scheduled Commodities Dealers (Licensing and

Restriction on Hoarding) Order, 2009, namely:-
