In exercise ofthe powers conferred under Section2,3 and4 ofthe Epidemic Disease

Act,1897 (No. 3 of 1897) and the enabling clause 12 (ix) ofthe Chhattisgarh Epidemic Disease, COVID-19 Regulations,

2020, the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment inthe Notification No. F 1-261202011711, dated lTth

,, ^{September, 2020, namely :-}

AMENDMENT

In the said notification,-

1.

In serial number 2, for the words " the hospitals in Chhattisgarh", the words and symbol

Hospitals/Covid Care Centers" shall be Bubstituted.

ln serial number 4, for the words " the hospitals", the words and symbol " dedicated Covid Hospitals/Covid

Care Centers" shall be substituted.

3.

After serial number 4, the following shall be added, namely :-

"5.

There shall be no restriction oninterstate supply of medical oxygen from manufacturing units."
