with sub-section (3) and(7) of Section 6 of the Chhattisgarh Rent Control Act,20ll (No. 19 of 2012), the State

Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Rent Control Tribunal

(Appointment, Qualification and Term of Members) Rules, 2016 namely:-
