(No. 10 of 1994), I, Anusuiya Uikey, Governor of Chhattisgarh do hereby appoint Shri Neelam Chand Sankhla, Registrar

General, High Court of Chhattisgarh to be a member of the Chhattisgarh Human Rights Commission with effect from the

date he assumes charge of his office.
