Planning Area has been published in accordance. with the provision of sub-section ( I ) of section I 8 of the Chhattisgarh

Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam, 1973 (No. 23 of 1973) a copy thereof is available for inspection at the office of

Assistant Director, Town & Country Planning, Regional Offrce Mahasamund, Collector-Mahasamund and Chief

Narrative report explaining the provision of the draft development plan supported by maps and charts.

Note indicating phasing of implementation of the draft plan and stating the manner in which permission to

development to be obtained.

Note indicating an appropriate estimate of the cost of land acquistion for public purposes, and the cost of

works involved in the implementation plan.
