F.No. 10277 133341X^X7-B,1C.G.12020.-Inexercise ofthe powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 36 of

the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1 985 (No. 6 I of 1985), the State Government with the conclurence

of the Hon'ble Chief Justice of High Court of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following order, further to amend this

department's previous notification, relating to appointrnent of Special Judge for trial of offences under the said Act as

mentioned in the Schedule below, nemely:-

AMENDEIVIENT

In the schedule of the said Notification, the Judge posted at the post mentioned in column No. (2) is appointed

as Special Judge under Section 36 (2) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, at the

corresponding place mentioned in column No. (3) of the said Schedule, namely:-
