State Government is satisfied that it is necessary so to do;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the power conferred by the provision to sub section (3) of Section 3 of the

National SecurityAct, 1980 (No. 65 of 1980), the State Government hereby directs that the District Magistrate, Disfiict
